Soft shell crabs are in the house!

Soft shell crab is a culinary term for crabs that have recently molted their exoskeleton and are soft.  Which allows you to eat the whole crab after its been cleaned.  There is a very short window in which you are able to get soft shell crabs, making it very special when the product does come into restaurant.   

The soft shells are still alive when they arrive.
